1. Delivery methods
1.1. Delivery area
1.1.a) Delivery to a postal address
The Products purchased on the Site can be shipped to Italy, Europe and the United States. Orders are not shipped to addresses located beyond that Delivery Zone. For security reasons, BobMyBox will not process any orders that are listed as shipping addresses: a post office, PO box, hospitality facility, business address, university campus address, or Cedex address. The Products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer during the order processing procedure.
1.2. Shipping fees
The delivery of the Products ordered on the Site is the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the total amount of the order or the delivery method chosen by the Customer.
1.3. Delivery time
The order will be delivered, using Express mode, within an indicative period of 2 working days (every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Delivery takes place upon signature of the recipient. Delivery times start from the shipment of the order by our Customer Service, which is realized with the notice of shipment of the order forwarded to the customer’s e-mail box. The delivery of the ordered products will take place within the times communicated by BobMyBox. In the absence of such indication, and in any case, it will take place at the latest within 30 days from the date of validation of the order, subject to payment of the full price.
1.3.a) Delivery to a postal address
At the beginning of the order processing procedure, BobMyBox indicates the possible delivery methods for the purchased Products. If, on the occasion of delivery, the external appearance of the package is not in perfect condition, the customer is asked (i) to open it in the presence of the courier to check the status of the Products, or (ii) to refuse delivery and contact Customer Service at [email protected]
2. Delivery of the invoice by post
The customer has a term of 12 months from the date of shipment of the Products to request Customer Service to send the invoice by postal service via e-mail by clicking on the “Contacts” item in the Customer Service section and attaching a document proving his identity.
3. Right of withdrawal – return, exchange, refund
3.1. Right of withdrawal and deadline for its exercise
The Customer is the holder of the right of withdrawal exclusively in the case expressly provided for by law, which he can exercise under the conditions provided for by the Italian Consumer Code, provided he meets the conditions provided for by the law. In order to ensure the full satisfaction of its buyers and recipients of the order, BobMyBox allows customers to exercise the right of withdrawal within (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products, in the event that the product is different from that ordered or spoiled. If you are asked to exercise the right of withdrawal and once the validity of this claim has been ascertained, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Furthermore, once this term has elapsed, the customer’s right of withdrawal lapses. If an order related to several Products and if the Products were delivered separately, the start date of the term count will be considered the date on which the customer comes into possession of the last Product delivered. The right of withdrawal or the request for a return / refund is valid and can only be exercised if the product purchased is different from the one ordered.
3.2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
BobMyBox offers its customers the opportunity to complete and submit a declaration of withdrawal online, by connecting to their customer account, or by contacting Customer Service. The Customer will then receive a confirmation of the withdrawal via e-mail. The customer can, before the expiry of the 14-day deadline for exercising the aforementioned right of withdrawal, send any other declaration to the following address which, without ambiguity, expresses his will to withdraw:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to goods now opened by the customer and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection or for second thoughts of any kind.
3.3. Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal
By exercising the right of withdrawal in the event of non-compliance of the Product, the customer can return the purchased Products by requesting a refund according to the conditions indicated in Article 11 below.
4. Return and refund procedures
To return the Products, the customer must return the same Products ordered in their original packaging, complete with boxes, accessories, protections, documentation, etc. and accompanied by the return document and / or the return number. Products returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or whose conditions allow us to reasonably assume that they have been used or worn cannot be changed, and will be returned to the customer. It should be noted that orders delivered to a third party recipient of gifts ordered by the customer through the Site can only be reimbursed to the customer himself, being the buyer of the gift, who is the only one who can exercise the right of withdrawal (in how much the re-credit of the order amount can only take place on the current account through which the payment of the order was made).
4.1. Collection service
a) Free return procedure
The customer must promptly contact the Customer Service at [email protected] or in any case within a period that allows the return of the Product in question within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. , in order to make an appointment (date and time slot) for the collection of the Product by BobMyBox.
If the Products are subject to the right of withdrawal provided for by law, the buyer who exercises this right under the conditions set out in Article 10.1, in terms of terms and procedures for returning the Products, may benefit from a refund of the returned Products.
The returned Products will be previously examined by the BobMyBox quality service. The Customer Service will notify the customer of the decision regarding the refund, or the reasons for the impossibility of making it, as well as the methods of returning the Products, within a period of 14 days from the date on which the customer informs Customer Service of the decision. to withdraw. Said refund may be deferred for up to 14 days from BobMyBox receiving the Products. The reimbursement of the sums paid for the Products for which the return is to be made will take place according to the method by which the payment of the Products was made, with credit to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for payment.
Please note that the customer’s bank may have specific terms for the processing of the refund and its crediting to the account. These terms may vary depending on the institution that issued the card. We are in no way able to accelerate this process, which is independent of our will.
4.2 Inability to make an exchange
As established by law, BobMyBox does not exchange Products purchased through the Site.
